Already since 1798 we take care about the well being of all our guests, this is why we have open daily and do not have a closing day.

Our wide culinary palette offers around 60 national and international dishes which are presented on our menu and which are served daily from 10.00 o'clock in the morning nonstop till 22.00 o'clock in the evening.
In addition, we offer our guests seasonal titbits, but also special orders off the menu (gala dinner, buffet for different events, and many more) after your suggestions. Weekdays you have the possibility to enjoy one of our two low priced menus - Wochenmenüplan per e-mail
After 22.00 o’clock until closing hour (approx. 02.00 o’clock) our evening restaurant “Mostfassl” offers small, warm courts and snacks.
 

Several ventilation- and air-conditioning systems take care for enough fresh air, a smoke free environment and a pleasant room temperature in the whole restaurant area. Particularly with big events it is appreciated by our guests if the room temperature remains consistently below 25°C.
 

Choose from 11 different rooms and „Stüberln“ between 10 to 250 people the right place for your event. As the surrounding of our inn is also very important, we offer several up to date sanitary facilities, a generous WC appropriate for wheel chair, a baby change room and an outdoor and indoor playground.

By many spatial possibilities and the state of the art air-handling- and air-conditioning systems a respectful togetherness of smokers and non-smokers is flawlessly possible in Schicklberg!
 

Sun and shadow places
 

In our outdoor patio we have the right place for - fixed sun places as well as fixed shadow places.
In the evening if it becomes "fresh” somewhere else already, you can sit with us still long in the pleasantly warm air - a special, tent-shaped awning construction delivers the warmth which has developed by the dammed up heat of the day.
The awnings also cater for the fact that you still can dine in the dry or enjoy your refreshing drink at a short-term bad weather phase - even if it rains all around.....

A sip in honour …

 

The Schicklberger wine cellar is now open since December 2006. What the cellar was originally planned and also used for was a “Mostkeller” and has now moulted into a comfortable, rustic little place for wine epicures, because - who does not want to take the time to enjoy a little glass of wine? Nevertheless, the conclusion of a very eventful seminar day could take place in a sociable round with the tasting of a good wine. The perfection of the Degustation is guaranteed by one of our both sommeliers which offer a wide range of national and international deliciousnesses.

We offer for special occasions fine menus at the unique ambience of our vault cellar - as here on the picture for a business lunch with 12 courses and accompanying wines. Up to a maximum of 24 people we make your exclusive event to an unforgettable experience!
